New Scholarship Opportunities for Students Studying Poverty

- Fondazione Roberto Franceschi Onlus offers 16,000 Euros (before taxes) to be assigned to one or more research grants aimed at students of Master of Science and PhD programs offered by Universities in Lombardy. The amount received must be used by the winners to finance the collection of an original data set for the realization of their thesis focusing on the analysis of the causes and processes of social distress, poverty and inequality as well as the responses to these issues. Candidates can submit their application to network@fondfranceschi.it by 15 December 2016 following these guidelines.
- Fondazione Isacchi Samaja Onlus offers two scholarships and/or study awards of 7,500 Euros each (before taxes) to students of Master of Science or PhD programs offered by Universities in Lombardy. The recipients will be chosen among deserving students with low incomes interested in studying the issues related to the social distress of migrants and homeless people. Candidates can submit their application to direzione@fondazioneisacchisamaja.it by 30 November 2016 following these guidelines.
